Excellent Toy Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the solo lux and right out of the package it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted customer service and was given a couple of troubleshooting suggestions to try. They didn’t fix it. A new one was promptly mailed to me within two days. No hassle or bs. I will be buying all my toys from this site exclusively going forward.

The solo lux is a must if your into vibration. It delivers big time. Battery life could be a bit longer but while it’s going it’s awesome
