How to Clean We-Vibe Melt and What Lubes to Use

Since Melt is waterproof, hot water and soap is okay to use for cleaning.  If you prefer toy cleaner, we suggest We-Vibe Toy Cleaner.  Melt by We-Vibe is silicone so make sure you use a water based lube such as Sliquid H2o or We-Vibe Pjur Lube.

We-Vibe warranties all of their sex toys including the We-Vibe Melt.  It is very important to either save the box or take a picture of the UPC and We-Vibe manufacturer ID found on the box.  They cannot honor a defective item without this number. 

Luxe Vibes warranties all products up to a year from purchase.  This means if your item is defective just send us an e-mail to sales@luxevibes.com explaining the defect.  We will get a prepaid label sent to you and once the item is returned, a brand new one will be sent.
